Refunds

At Ballarat Holden we believe, for internet shoppers it is important to know that if clothes don’t fit or the item is not to your satisfaction we will happily refund or exchange the item provided it’s returned within 14 days from the purchase date. To return or exchange any items, please use the contact us link with the following information: 

-- Invoice number

-- Product name and code

-- Reasons for return

-- Return for replacement, exchange or refund.

We will then provide you with further information where to send the package.

For your convenience, merchandise may be exchanged or returned at Ballarat Holden

Should you contact us outside the 14 day period management will consider each claim on a case by case basis, based on its merits.

 

Terms and conditions of refund and exchange

-- All products must be in the original condition (unused).

-- Please ensure that all returned products are packaged with care, so that they are in a suitable condition for re-selling.

-- We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are returned used or damaged.

-- Postage/shipping cost of products is not refundable unless product is considered faulty.

If you have requested a refund, we will credit the refund to your credit card or bank account within 72 hours of receipt of goods. If you would rather exchange the item, you may select an alternative garment, however if the replacement item is of a higher value than the original item you will be required to pay the difference. We charge a minimum shipping charge when replacing goods (unless faulty, where no shipping fee will apply).

On sale products are non-refundable unless faulty.

Exchange of faulty items

We are proud of ourselves on our excellent quality control and we carefully check all products for faults before sending them out. Should you discover that a product is faulty, we will replace it free of postage charge. For returns /exchanges outside Australia, postal charges may apply.
